Terms & User Agreement
The Ambel Terms & User Agreement is comprised of the following agreements:
Welcome to"Ambel". These Terms & User Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your use of Ambel’s platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Ambel, “we,” “us,” or “our”: Refers to Ambel Inc., the provider of the Service.
User, “you,” or “your”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Service Provider: Professionals or businesses offering services through Ambel (e.g., healthcare providers, salons, spas, legal professionals and many more).
Client: Individuals or entities booking or receiving services through Ambel.
Account: A registered profile on Ambel used to access the Service.
Acceptance of Terms:
By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and Cookies Policy. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration and Security:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your Account.
Notify Ambel immediately if your Account is accessed without authorization.
User Responsibilities:
Clients
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information for bookings, payments, and communication.
Comply with Service Provider policies regarding appointments, cancellations, and refunds
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
Service Providers
Service Providers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete service information.
Honor appointments and communicate clearly with Clients.
Comply with applicable laws, professional licensing, and regulations.
Ensure services offered meet professional and legal standards.
Bookings, Payments, and Refunds:
Bookings are made through the Service. Service Providers manage availability and confirm appointments.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Ambel is not responsible for payment disputes between Clients and Service Providers.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are set by Service Providers. Clients must review these policies before booking.
User-Generated Content:
Users may submit reviews, messages, photos, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Ambel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Service.
Prohibited content includes illegal material, infringing content, abusive language, or harassment.
Ambel may remove User Content at its discretion.
Privacy and Data Use:
The Service is governed by Ambel’s Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to collection, storage, and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your data via the “Close Your Account” option. Certain data, such as messages involving multiple users or records required by law, may not be fully deletable.
Data may be shared with integrated services such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Apple, and email marketing providers for functionality and analytics.
Cookies and Tracking:
Ambel uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, marketing, and functional purposes.
Third-party cookies may include Google Analytics, Stripe, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn, Apple, and X (Twitter).
Users can manage cookies through browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may limit Service functionality.
Prohibited Conduct:
Users agree not to:
Violate laws or regulations.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property:
All Ambel content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Ambel does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of services offered by Service Providers.
Ambel is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambel shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or revenue
Acts or omissions of Service Providers or third parties
Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ambel, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service.
Violation of this Agreement.
Infringement of third-party rights.
Termination:
Ambel may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion for:
Violating this Agreement.
Fraud, illegal activity, or misconduct.
Harmful or disruptive behavior.
Termination may result in deletion of your Account and User Content.
Modifications to the Service and Agreement:
Ambel may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
Ambel may update this Agreement; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ambel Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration, except that Ambel may seek injunctive relief in courts of competent jurisdiction.
Severability:
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and Cookies Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Ambel regarding the use of the Service.
