Ambel, “we,” “us,” or “our”: Refers to Ambel Inc., the provider of the Service.
User, “you,” or “your”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Service Provider: Professionals or businesses offering services through Ambel (e.g., healthcare providers, salons, spas, legal professionals and many more).
Client: Individuals or entities booking or receiving services through Ambel.
Account: A registered profile on Ambel used to access the Service.
Acceptance of Terms:
By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, Data Deletion Policy, and Cookies Policy. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
