Yes. The Free plan is free forever one practitioner, two staff, online booking, client management, and directory listing. No credit card required. Paid plans start at $39/month and include a 30-day trial.

How quickly can we go live?

Most independent caregivers are live the same day. Agencies typically go from conversation to fully operational in under a week including data migration for Team and Enterprise plans.

Do you support multiple locations?

Yes. The Team plan supports unlimited locations and branches. Each has its own scheduling, staff, revenue tracking, and client management all visible from one central dashboard.

Can families see what's happening with their loved one's care?

Yes. The Family & Client Portal gives loved ones a secure login to view visit notes, ADL records, upcoming appointments, and care plan updates in real time on Standard, Team, and Enterprise plans.

What happens to our data if we switch from another platform?

Team and Enterprise plans include free data migration. We handle the entire transfer from your existing system no disruption to operations, no data loss.

Do caregivers need special hardware for clock in/out?

No. Clock in and out is done from the Ambel mobile app GPS-verified, timestamped, and automatically matched to the scheduled visit. No additional hardware required.

Is Ambel suitable for both independent caregivers and large agencies?
